POWER SOURCE:
9v AC adapter, independent of the telephone system.
MESSAGE LENGTH:
Message length is totally variable up to the total memory available on your unit. The IOH 2000 is available with 2, 4, 6, or 8 minutes of memory.
RECORDING METHOD:
Down load from a cassette player or record directly from a standard 2500 telephone handset.

HOOKUP:If your phone system now has music on hold, use one of the cables provided to connect the phone system to the IOH 2000. If you are using a separate music source, use the other cable to connect the IOH 2000 to that music source:
VOLUME:There is a control for adjusting volume of the message as it goes out on the phone system

BATTERY BACKUP:The IOH 2000 comes with a 9 volt dry cell battery, which will hold memory approximately 6 hours. The system is fully operational from the backup battery source. It will record new messages and play back recorded messages just as it does with the AC adapter.
