Xiox Summa Pro is designed for economy and budget properties, and can accommodate up to 500 extensions. It is ideal for smaller hotels with cash-paying customers. Xiox Summa Pro collects and processes data on outgoing calls from any PBX or key system with Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR). Once captured, call records are priced and become immediately available for guest bill back via a simple report or through an interface to a Property Management System (PMS). A distinctive feature of the unit, the Xiox Summa Pro provides a parallel port for the printer connection. Parallel printers are less expensive and four to five times faster than serial printers. Credit limit with alarm and printout: Provides protection against telephone abuse by setting a limit for guest usage. Summa Pro sounds an alarm and prints a message when the credit limit is exceeded. Using a one-touch quick button, system users can generate a report that provides a list of rooms with credit limits along with the available balance. 'Me Credit Limit Report provides an easy way for hotel managers with cash-paying customers to monitor phone credit accounts and prompt guests for additional deposits when necessary.
